Rituals Cosmetics is looking for a passionate and motivated Supervisor to join our Sligo store team. As a Rituals Expert, you’ll embody our brand philosophy and lead by example, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression. This is a 24-hour position, perfect for someone with retail experience who thrives in a luxury, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver the Rituals “feel good” experience through exceptional customer engagement.
• Support your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations.
• Mentor and motivate Rituals Advisors to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain a visually inspiring and organized store environment.
• Drive performance and help meet sales and service KPIs.
• Handle decision-making and problem-solving effectively on the shop floor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• A passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to inspire others and create a positive, energetic workplace.
