Actavo is seeking a motivated Installation Engineer to support the delivery of Sky satellite installation and servicing across County Meath. Key Responsibilities
• Install and service Sky satellite systems to Actavo and client standards
• Deliver a first-class customer experience on every visit
• Achieve KPIs relating to installation quality, attendance, health & safety and customer satisfaction
• Promote the Actavo brand through professional on-site performance
• Liaise with Team Managers to raise and resolve health and safety issues
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Full, clean driver’s licence
• IT skills and strong technical/installation mindset
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Target-driven with ability to meet KPI expectations
• Strong customer focus with a positive, professional attitude
• Flexibility to meet business requirements
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary €33,000 rising to €37,000 after probation
• Daily subsistence: €5 per day during training, €15.47 after probation
• €100 monthly performance bonus
