As a Line Manager at Tesco Ireland, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences while driving performance, standards, and colleague engagement across your department.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coach your team to deliver the best shopping experience for customers
• Deliver key performance indicators across your department
• Support colleagues daily, enabling them to perform their roles effectively
• Implement and manage training plans, ensuring all colleagues are fully trained and validated
• Ensure all routines, systems, and processes are completed accurately and on time
• Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and trade-driving activities
• Maintain all safe and legal routines, addressing issues proactively
• Conduct regular reviews, career discussions, and development planning
• Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback
• Promote innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven previous management experience
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Ability to deliver objectives in a fast-paced retail environment
