You will be part of a large, collaborative support team delivering high-quality IT service desk support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and support portal
- Log, categorise, and prioritise incidents using IT service management tools
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide step-by-step guidance for password resets and application access
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams within agreed SLAs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket notes
- Support user account setup, permissions, and authentication requests
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs
- Monitor system alerts and escalate critical incidents
- Deliver professional, empathetic customer service at all times
Requirements
Essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Understanding of Windows operating systems
- Ability to document incidents clearly
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Desirable
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
- Previous service desk or incident management experience
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
- Bachelor’s degree or currently completing studies

Working Hours
- 8.5-hour rotating shifts between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM
- Students may work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM shifts until studies are completed
- Occasional evening, night, and weekend coverage
