An excellent internal opportunity has arisen for a Grade V Human Resources Officer to join the Regional Recruitment Team within the Dublin and North East Region. This permanent role plays a key part in supporting high-quality recruitment services across multiple counties.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment campaigns in line with HSE policies
• Provide professional HR advice to managers and candidates
• Manage recruitment documentation, panels, and candidate communications
• Ensure compliance with WRC agreements and public sector recruitment rules
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across services and regions
• Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Eligibility restricted to current employees of the HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies, or statutory health agencies (WRC Agreement 161867)
• Experience working in a human resources or recruitment environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team
