An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Psychologist to join the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) with Central Remedial Clinic in Dublin North. This permanent, whole-time role supports children aged 0–18 with complex developmental needs within an interdisciplinary, family-centred practice model aligned with Progressing Disability Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist psychological assessment and intervention for children and young people with complex needs
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary CDNT framework
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior psychology staff where required
• Support families using a family-centred, strengths-based approach
• Contribute to service planning, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and documentation
• Liaise effectively with external agencies, schools, and healthcare partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Recognised postgraduate qualification in Psychology
• Eligibility for registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Significant post-qualification clinical experience, including work with children and families
• Experience working within multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• Knowledge of Progressing Disability Services and family-centred practice models

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

• Salary: In line with Senior Clinical Psychologist (Grade 367Y) consolidated public sector pay scales effective from 1 August 2025
• Contract: Permanent, Whole-Time
