An exciting opportunity is available for a Medical Registrar with a special interest in Renal Medicine at St Luke’s General Hospital, part of the Health Service Executive Dublin and South East region. This specified purpose, wholetime role offers excellent clinical exposure within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient medical care
• Participate in renal medicine services, including on-call duties
• Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement
• Supervise and support junior medical staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC)
• Minimum experience at Registrar level in General Medicine
• Demonstrated interest or experience in Renal Medicine (desirable)
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
