An exciting leadership opportunity is available for a Children’s Disability Network Manager within the HSE Dublin and Midlands region. This senior role is central to the delivery of high-quality, family-centred disability services for children and young people. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective governance, service integration, and positive outcomes for service users.

There is currently one specified purpose whole-time vacancy based at Spraoi Centre, St. Fintan’s Campus, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, with a panel formed for future vacancies across the Dublin and Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Children’s Disability Network Teams
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and family-centred disability services
• Manage governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Lead workforce planning, staff development, and performance management
• Manage budgets and resources in line with HSE financial policies
• Promote integrated working across health, education, and community services
• Engage with families, service users, and key stakeholders
• Support service improvement and change management initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification in health or social care at NFQ Level 8 or higher
• Registration with the appropriate professional regulatory body (where applicable)
• Significant post-qualification experience in disability or children’s services
• Demonstrated experience in senior management or leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of governance, quality, and risk management frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland

• Salary in line with HSE Consolidated Salary Scales for Grade 6010
• Salary is subject to Department of Health Circulars and public service pay agreements
