An exciting internal opportunity has arisen for a Grade VII Recovery Co-Ordinator within Louth Meath Mental Health Services. This senior coordination role is central to embedding recovery-focused practice, lived experience insight, and co-production across mental health services in County Louth. The post is offered on a permanent whole-time basis and is open to eligible internal applicants only.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support recovery-oriented initiatives across mental health services
• Champion co-production with service users, families, carers and supporters
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder engagement and consultation processes
• Promote service user feedback and participation in service design and delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support quality improvement
• Ensure alignment with best practice, governance and quality assurance standards
• Support project development that strengthens recovery outcomes and inclusion

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to recovery-focused mental health practice
• Insight into the value of lived or family member mental health experience
• Proven experience leading co-production or multi-stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Track record in developing recovery, engagement or service improvement projects
• Strong collaborative working skills across statutory and organisational settings
• Knowledge of quality assurance and best practice frameworks
• Full clean driving licence with access to own transport

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

• Salary: In line with HSE Grade VII (0582) Consolidated Salary Scale
• Contract: Permanent Whole-Time
• Benefits include public service pension, annual leave, paid sick leave and access to professional development
• Working hours: Standard HSE Grade VII working pattern
