An internal opportunity has arisen for a Grade VI Data Analyst within the Regional HR Function, supporting Workforce Data and HR ICT Systems and Governance across HSE West and North West. This permanent whole-time role plays a key part in delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting to inform workforce planning and HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and interpret workforce and HR datasets to support regional reporting needs
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and management stakeholders
• Support governance and data quality across HR ICT systems
• Work closely with HR, ICT, and regional teams to meet information requirements
• Use SAP and other HR/IT systems to extract, validate, and present data
• Ensure compliance with data protection and information governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Eligibility restricted to HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies, or statutory health agency employees (WRC Agreement 161867)
• Proven proficiency in SAP and HR/IT systems for data analysis and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with data management and reporting systems
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

• Salary in line with HSE Grade VI (0574) consolidated pay scales effective 1 August 2025
• Permanent whole-time contract

This post is based in County Galway within the Regional HR Function, HSE West and North West, covering Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Roscommon, Mayo, and Galway.
