This Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Digital Health role offers an opportunity to lead and shape digital transformation initiatives within nursing services across the Dublin and South East Health Region. The post holder will provide clinical leadership, governance, and strategic input to support safe, effective, and innovative digital health solutions.

This is a permanent, whole-time leadership role suitable for an experienced nurse manager with a strong interest in digital health and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical and professional leadership in Digital Health nursing initiatives
• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of digital health systems
• Ensure governance, quality, and patient safety standards are maintained
• Lead and support nursing staff in change management and digital adoption
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and ICT stakeholders
• Contribute to policy development and service planning
• Monitor performance indicators and quality outcomes
• Support education, audit, and continuous improvement activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Minimum requirements in line with Clinical Nurse Manager 2 eligibility criteria
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience
• Knowledge of digital health systems and clinical informatics (desirable)
• Excellent communication, organisational, and change-management skills
• Experience working within complex healthcare environments
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale (CNM2 – effective 1 August 2025):
€61,463 – €77,666 per annum (11-point scale, inclusive of LSI points)
