A senior nursing leadership opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 within the NoWDOC (North West Doctors on Call) Service. This role provides clinical, professional, and operational leadership across out-of-hours services supporting communities in Donegal, Sligo, and Leitrim.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and professional leadership to nursing teams within the NoWDOC service
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and governance
• Manage staff rostering, supervision, and performance
• Support service development and quality improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and medical colleagues
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Participate in service planning and audit activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registration as a nurse on the NMBI register (relevant division)
• Minimum required post-registration experience at senior level
• Management or leadership experience appropriate to CNM2 grade
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Experience in urgent care, community, or out-of-hours services desirable
