Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is recruiting a Grade V Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organisational support within community services in Limerick. This is a permanent, whole-time role supporting senior management and contributing to the effective delivery of disability services.
Table of Contents
This role is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants and is advertised by the HSE on behalf of a publicly funded Section 38 organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive personal assistant and secretarial support to senior management
• Manage complex diaries, meetings, correspondence, and documentation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Act as a key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
• Support governance, compliance, and service planning processes
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant administrative qualification or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in a senior administrative or PA role
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
• Experience in healthcare, disability, or public sector environments is desirable
