An exciting senior leadership opportunity has arisen for an Integrated Healthcare Area (IHA) Manager within the HSE Dublin and Midlands region, covering County Kildare. This pivotal role focuses on delivering integrated, person-centred health and social care services across community and acute settings, supporting national Sláintecare objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership for integrated healthcare delivery within the assigned area
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across health and social care services
• Ensure governance, quality, safety, and performance standards are achieved
• Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning effectively
• Drive service reform, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including community partners
• Ensure services align with national policies and regional priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Significant senior management experience within health or social care services
• Demonstrated leadership in complex, multidisciplinary environments
• Strong knowledge of integrated care models and health service governance
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and meet HSE senior management requirements
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary: In line with Integrated Area Health Manager Grade 0810 (public sector scale, on application)
• Contract options: Permanent Part-time, Permanent Wholetime, Specified Purpose Part-time or Wholetime
