We are currently recruiting for Legal Secretary Jobs Sligo Dublin with Damien Tansey Solicitors. This is an excellent opportunity for two experienced Legal Secretaries to join a market-leading legal practice with offices in both Sligo and Dublin.
The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting solicitors and legal teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of busy litigation practices while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact professionally with clients, solicitors, barristers, and medical professionals
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team
- Manage billing processes, correspondence, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain and coordinate diaries, appointments, and court schedules
- Prepare legal documentation and manage case files accurately and efficiently
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary (litigation experience preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of motivation, integrity, and discretion
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
