Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on pet products and care.
- Engage positively with customers and build strong relationships with pet owners.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked with accurate pricing and product availability.
- Maintain high store standards, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Achieve sales targets while prioritising animal welfare at all times.
- Support inventory control and stock management processes.
- Actively participate in training and personal development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
- Passion for animals and pet care.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
