✨ Role Overview
As a Health Care Assistant in Home Support, you will:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their homes
- Support individuals with personal care, household tasks and daily routines
- Work collaboratively with the Home Support Manager and wider healthcare team

- Assisting with hygiene, dressing, mobility and nutrition
- Supporting clients with everyday living activities and household tasks
- Maintaining clear records of care and communicating any changes in client condition
- Ensuring client dignity, privacy and independence at all times
🧠 Requirements & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a caring role, either formal or informal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable personal transport to fulfill travel requirements throughout Mayo
