The Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Palliative Care will provide strategic and operational leadership within the specialist palliative care service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of specialist palliative nursing care services
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure high standards of patient-centred care and safety
- Support service development, quality improvement, and policy implementation
- Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse with active registration on the NMBI register
- Significant experience in palliative care nursing

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
