Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to service users in a residential or placement setting
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence where appropriate
- Liaise with social workers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support service users with meaningful and relevant social activities
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the Team Leader
- Maintain professional and compassionate care standards at all times
- Support a safe and positive environment for service users
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare, Childcare, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a healthcare or residential care environment is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driving licence preferred
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Sligo before starting employment

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Salary: €32,691.36 per year
