- Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- CORU registration or eligibility for registration

- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare environments
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
- Experience within acute hospital settings is desirable
