Job Overview
As a Senior Cardiac Physiologist at University Hospital Kerry, you will support the delivery of specialist cardiac diagnostic testing and contribute to the ongoing development of cardiology services within the hospital. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures and investigations.
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality cardiology services and patient assessments.

- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with hospital procedures.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives within the cardiology department.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and trainees where required.

- Participate in ongoing professional education and departmental training activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Cardiac Physiology or Clinical Measurement Physiology.
- Eligibility to work within the Irish healthcare system.
- Previous experience in a hospital cardiology department is essential.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac diagnostic procedures and patient monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to maintaining high clinical and professional standards.
- Experience at senior level within cardiac physiology services is desirable.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary will be aligned with the HSE salary scale for Senior Cardiac Physiologist Grade 3003.
