This senior leadership opportunity will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise systems while driving the organisation’s digital transformation agenda, AI strategy and Microsoft Dynamics ERP programme.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of IT will lead Aurivo’s technology function across infrastructure, cybersecurity and business systems. The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately 10 professionals and will play a central role in delivering secure, scalable and reliable technology services across the organisation’s multi-site operations.
A major focus of the role will be the delivery and optimisation of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP programme. Working with the ERP Project Manager, Steering Committee, senior leadership and operational stakeholders, the Head of IT will provide strategic direction, governance and technology leadership throughout the transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an IT strategy aligned with Aurivo’s business objectives and long-term growth priorities.
- Drive and support the implementation, adoption and optimisation of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP programme.
- Partner with the ERP Project Manager and Steering Committee to ensure effective programme governance, business alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure resilient, secure and high-performing IT and operational technology systems across manufacturing, retail, logistics and shared services environments.
- Oversee cloud and on-premise infrastructure supporting multi-site operations.
- Define and maintain a strong cybersecurity position covering identity management, network protection, disaster recovery, risk and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, develop and motivate the IT team across infrastructure, cybersecurity and business systems.
- Build strong working relationships with executive leaders and operational teams across the organisation.
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable and effective technology solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, technology vendors and external partners.
- Support change management and successful technology adoption across business functions.
Requirements and Experience
- At least 10 years of IT experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience delivering ERP transformation programmes.
- Experience working within manufacturing, operational or complex multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, enterprise systems and technology operations.
- A third-level qualification in an IT or technology-related discipline.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with a strong focus on operational delivery.
- Demonstrated change management and programme delivery experience.
