Corlann (BOCSI) is recruiting a Service Coordinator for its disability services in Clarinbridge, County Galway. This temporary full-time leadership opportunity is graded at Clinical Nurse Manager 3 level and offers an experienced nursing professional the opportunity to coordinate high-quality, person-centred services and support effective service delivery.
Role Overview
The Service Coordinator will provide senior operational and clinical leadership within Corlann’s disability services. The successful candidate will support the delivery of safe, responsive and person-centred services while promoting high standards of nursing practice, governance, staff development and service coordination.
This is a temporary full-time Service Coordinator position offered on a Specified Purpose Wholetime contract. The competition is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coordination across relevant disability services.
- Support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care and support.
- Promote strong clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management practices.
- Coordinate staff and service resources to support effective day-to-day operations.
- Support multidisciplinary working and communication with individuals, families, colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
- Promote professional nursing standards, staff development and continuous service improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of organisational policies, regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should meet the eligibility, professional registration, experience and competency requirements applicable to the Clinical Nurse Manager 3 grade and the Service Coordinator role. Salary
€72,146 – €81,478 per annum (Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (General), grade code 233X, 6-point scale), based on the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales effective 1 June 2026.
