Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to patients requiring specialist palliative care services within community settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centred care programmes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure integrated service delivery
- Support patients and families through complex healthcare journeys with compassion and professionalism
- Contribute to clinical leadership, service improvement, and evidence-based nursing practice

- Support the ongoing development of specialist palliative care services across Kerry
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Relevant clinical nursing experience in palliative care, community care, or related healthcare settings
- Demonstrated commitment to advanced nursing practice and continuous professional development
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Excellent organisational and patient management capabilities
- Experience delivering compassionate, patient-focused healthcare services
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
