Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and operational leadership to the audiology service team
Supervise, mentor, and support audiology staff in line with best practice standards
Implement and oversee HR procedures including workforce planning and performance management
Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure safe and effective service delivery
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and service improvements
Ensure compliance with professional, clinical, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with senior management and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Recognised qualification in Audiology with eligibility for CORU registration (if applicable)
Significant post-qualification clinical experience in audiology services
Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading a team
Strong knowledge of HR procedures and workforce management
Proven experience in quality assurance, policy implementation, and service improvement
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to implement change and maintain high standards of patient care
