The Health Service Executive (HSE) Dublin and Midlands is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Primary Care team in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. About the Role
As a Clinical Coordinator with HSE, you will play a vital role in managing clinical operations and driving quality improvement initiatives within our Primary Care Centre. This senior healthcare management position requires a qualified healthcare professional with proven clinical management experience and a commitment to delivering excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical operations across the Primary Care Centre in Clondalkin
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based healthcare practices
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care delivery
- Develop and maintain clinical protocols and procedures in line with HSE standards
- Utilize advanced ICT systems for clinical data management and reporting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
- Monitor clinical performance indicators and implement improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Relevant clinical professional qualification (nursing, allied health, or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering quality improvement in healthcare environments
- Previous clinical management experience in a healthcare setting
- Advanced ICT skills including healthcare information systems
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Current registration with relevant professional body
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or related field
- Experience working within HSE or public healthcare system
- Knowledge of primary care service delivery models
- Project management certification or experience
- Understanding of HSE governance and quality frameworks
