Role Overview: Clinical Nurse Manager 1 – Endoscopy

As a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 in the Endoscopy department, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of endoscopic diagnostic and therapeutic services. You will oversee nursing activities, coordinate patient care, support the multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with all HSE clinical standards and guidelines.

1. Leadership and Management

  • Provide effective leadership, guiding a team of nurses and healthcare assistants in delivering exceptional endoscopy services.

Essential Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current registration on the NMBI Register.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support nursing teams effectively.
