Job Overview

The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Spinal Disorders position is a specified purpose whole-time opportunity based within Children’s Health Ireland in Dublin South. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff development, and help ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate specialist care services.

This role is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants and is advertised under Section 38 on behalf of a publicly funded organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Registered General Nurse qualification with active Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) registration

  • Strong communication, organisational, and team leadership skills
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare environments
  • Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous service improvement
  • Knowledge of clinical governance and healthcare quality standards
  • Experience in spinal disorders, paediatric services, or specialist nursing is desirable
