Job Overview
The Clinical Skills Facilitator Emergency Department CNM2 will play a key role in supporting clinical learning, professional development, and evidence-based practice within the Emergency Department at University Hospital Limerick. Key Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate clinical education and training initiatives within the Emergency Department.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practice and continuous professional development.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff and students.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Relevant acute hospital and emergency department nursing experience.
- Previous leadership or clinical education experience is desirable.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced emergency care environment.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, and healthcare standards.
