About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative for Electric Ireland, you will drive sales growth by engaging directly with potential customers at their homes across your designated territory. You’ll be promoting Ireland’s best energy deals, helping customers save money on their energy bills while building strong customer relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits within assigned territory to promote Electric Ireland products
- Engage professionally with homeowners to explain energy solutions and cost savings
- Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Represent Electric Ireland brand professionally in all customer interactions
- Work flexible hours including evenings and occasional Saturdays to maximise sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Full clean driving licence with access to reliable transport
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency
- Professional demeanor with ability to build customer trust quickly
- Results-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection
- Flexibility to work 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday-Friday schedule
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous door-to-door sales experience (full training provided)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving targets in sales environment
- Experience in energy sector or customer-facing roles
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit

- Competitive Base Salary: €25,000 – €30,000 depending on experience
