As part of the Emirates cabin crew team, you will be based in Dubai and represent a premium global brand while delivering exceptional inflight service and ensuring passenger safety.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages advantageous)
- Minimum age of 21 years
- At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Minimum high school (Grade 12) education
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates uniform
- Eligible to meet UAE employment visa requirements
- Confident team player with strong interpersonal skills
Cabin Crew Training Programme (Dubai – 7.5 Weeks)
- Induction Experience (3 Days) – Introduction to Dubai and Emirates Group
- Safety & Emergency Procedures – SEP (13 Days) – Aircraft safety, fire-fighting, evacuation protocols
- Group Medical Training – GMT (5 Days) – CPR, emergency childbirth, medical scenarios
- Security Training (2 Days) – Managing unruly behaviour and onboard security procedures
- Emirates Hospitality Experience (2 Days) – Signature service excellence training
- Uniform Learning Experience (1 Day) – Grooming, presentation and lifestyle standards
- Service Learning Experience (14 Days) – Practical inflight service simulation (A380 & B777)
Salary, Benefits & Working Conditions
- Basic Salary: AED 4,835 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 66.30 per hour (average 80–100 hours monthly)
- Average Monthly Pay: AED 10,802 (~USD 2,940 / EUR 2,755 / GBP 2,330)
