Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship within the ICU setting.
- Support staff development through structured clinical education and skills training.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum of required clinical experience in Intensive Care Nursing (as outlined in the official Job Specification).
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience at senior nursing level.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and clinical excellence.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Salary Scale: Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (Grade 2119) in line with February 2026 HSE Consolidated Pay Scales :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
- Salary Range (from 1 February 2026): €62,078 – €78,443 (LSI applicable)
