Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate Urodynamics clinical activities
• Ensure high standards of nursing and midwifery care
• Oversee day-to-day operations and support staff development
• Contribute to service planning and quality improvement
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with An Bord Altranais
• Experience in a senior nursing or midwifery role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Urodynamics services is desirable
• Ability to support clinical governance and quality initiatives
