Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for Business Intelligence and Informatics services across the region.
- Oversee data governance, analytics frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives aligned with HSE strategy.
- Ensure compliance with national health data standards and governance frameworks.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering informatics and analytics solutions.
- Support executive decision-making through high-quality performance insights.
- Manage budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Significant senior leadership experience in Business Intelligence, Informatics, ICT, or healthcare data management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within complex public sector or healthcare environments desirable.
- Relevant third-level qualification in ICT, Informatics, Business, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
