The Health Service Executive is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional for the role of Grade IV Primary Care Services within HSE Dublin and South East. This permanent opportunity is available on both a part-time and whole-time basis and is based across Wicklow and Dublin South.
This role is central to supporting primary care operations, ensuring financial accuracy, effective data management, and high-quality public service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support within Primary Care Services
- Support financial management processes including monitoring and reporting
- Maintain accurate data management systems and records
- Manage and process complaints in line with HSE policies
- Ensure high attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Engage professionally and effectively with members of the public
- Assist in general office administration and service coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial management or budget administration
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Experience handling complaint management processes
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience dealing with the public in a professional setting
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary is aligned with the HSE Grade IV (0558) pay scale in accordance with the Department of Health Consolidated Salary Scales (1 August 2025) :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}.
Permanent contracts are available on both part-time and whole-time bases. Benefits include public sector pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and access to HSE training and development supports.
