Job Overview
The Occupational Therapist Manager Dublin role offers an exciting leadership opportunity within HSE Dublin and South East, based in Harold’s Cross. This permanent wholetime position will lead and develop occupational therapy services, ensuring high standards of clinical governance, service delivery, and patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for occupational therapy services.
- Manage and support multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives.
- Lead service planning, workforce development, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote innovation and continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders across the health region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with CORU as an Occupational Therapist.
- Significant post-qualification clinical experience, including management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and service development principles.
- Experience working within public healthcare or large healthcare organisations is desirable.
