Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment campaigns within a healthcare setting
  • Oversee recruitment planning, workforce coordination, and campaign execution
  • Ensure compliance with HR legislation, Codes of Practice, and CPSA guidelines
  • Provide leadership and direction to recruitment team members
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with clinical and administrative leaders
  • Ensure fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment processes
  • Contribute to workforce planning strategies across Galway University Hospitals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Operational experience managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment in a healthcare setting
  • Proven team management experience relevant to the role
  • Demonstrated experience applying HR legislation and Codes of Practice
  • Knowledge of CPSA (Commission for Public Service Appointments) guidelines
  • Eligibility under WRC Agreement 161867 (HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies or statutory health agencies)
