Job Overview

The Grade IV Dublin South HSE position offers an excellent opportunity to join the Health Service Executive in a permanent wholetime administrative role. Based across the HSE Dublin and South East region, this role supports operational and management functions delivering essential public health services.

This campaign is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants. Successful candidates will join a recruitment panel for vacancies arising across multiple counties within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management teams
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Process data in line with HSE policies and data protection regulations
Support service delivery teams with day-to-day operational tasks
Ensure compliance with public sector governance and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous administrative or clerical experience in a busy environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexibility to meet post-specific requirements where applicable
