Job Overview
The Grade VII Human Resource Lead Naas role is a senior HR leadership opportunity within HSE Dublin and Midlands. This permanent wholetime post is based in Naas, Co. Kildare and is open strictly to eligible public health sector employees under WRC Agreement 161867.
The successful candidate will provide high-level HR leadership, supporting line managers and driving best practice across recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the service.
- Manage and oversee recruitment and selection processes in line with HSE guidelines.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to line managers and stakeholders.
- Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Support absence management and performance management frameworks.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures.
- Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a busy operational environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Significant experience working in a Human Resources role within a complex organisation.
- Proven experience implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong background in recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience managing employee relations, absence and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and maintaining HR Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Grade: Grade VII (0582) – Salary in line with HSE Consolidated Pay Scales (effective 1 August 2025)
