The Head of Adult Services Dublin role with Central Remedial Clinic is a senior leadership opportunity within the disability sector. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and transform Adult Services in line with CRC’s strategic vision and national policy frameworks.
- Champion a person-centred, rights-based approach across all service delivery models.
- Provide inspirational leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and service development initiatives.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards are maintained.
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and effective communication across the organisation.
- Support adults with complex disabilities to strengthen independence and community participation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Senior management experience within disability, health, or social care services.
- Proven ability to lead organisational transformation and change.
- Strong understanding of New Directions and adult disability service frameworks.
- Demonstrated commitment to human rights and person-centred leadership.
- Excellent strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant third-level qualification in health, social care, management, or related discipline.
