The Head of Community Integration Dublin role at Central Remedial Clinic is a senior leadership opportunity within the disability sector. Reporting at Grade VIII level, the post holder will shape, advance, and embed high-quality, accessible and inclusive non-specialist children’s services across CRC.
This permanent wholetime position offers the opportunity to lead Community Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) and drive innovation, integration, and service excellence in HSE Dublin and North East.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Community Disability Network Teams within CRC.
- Work closely with Community Disability Network Team Managers to ensure alignment with CRC’s strategic direction.
- Champion a culture of integration, partnership, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure delivery of person-centred, evidence-informed services to children, young people and families.
- Support and empower teams to deliver consistent, high-quality disability services.
- Monitor performance, governance, and service outcomes in line with national standards.
- Engage with key stakeholders across health and disability services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant third-level qualification appropriate to a senior management role.
- Significant senior management experience within health, disability, or children’s services.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong strategic planning, governance and service development skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership capability.
- Comprehensive understanding of disability services and community integration models.

- Grade: Grade VIII (0655) – Section 38 Organisation.
