The Rehab Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager Disability to lead and oversee disability services across the HSE West and North West region. This permanent whole-time leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced manager with a strong background in health and social care, strategic planning, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred services while supporting organisational growth and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
Reporting within the Rehab Group’s senior management structure, the Regional Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for disability services across the region. The role involves managing service delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams, driving quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all relevant governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regional leadership across disability services.
- Lead strategic projects and deliver measurable organisational outcomes.
- Manage operational performance, budgets and resources.
- Support and develop managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure high standards of governance, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Promote person-centred service delivery across all locations.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in a regional management role.
- A third-level qualification in Health and Social Care, Education, or another relevant discipline.
- Master’s level qualification is desirable.
- Proven experience leading strategic projects with successful business outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Salary
Competitive pay. As a Section 39 organisation, The Rehab Group is not bound by HSE consolidated salary scales, and no salary has been specified in the advertisement.
