About the Role
HSE Dublin and Midlands is seeking applications for the position of Senior Chef at Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore. The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience relevant to the role of Senior Chef and will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the hospital catering service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience relevant to the role of Senior Chef.
- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare catering environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
