Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join its Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Clondalkin, Dublin South. This permanent whole-time opportunity offers the chance to work within an interdisciplinary children’s disability service supporting children and young people aged 0–18 years with complex developmental needs.

This Senior Physiotherapist job in Dublin is ideal for a motivated healthcare professional who is passionate about family-centred practice, collaborative care, and improving outcomes for children with disabilities. Job Overview

The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic multidisciplinary Children’s Disability Network Team delivering high-quality physiotherapy services in line with the Progressing Disability Services model. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to transformational healthcare practices while supporting children and families through evidence-based, person-centred intervention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist physiotherapy assessment and intervention for children with complex developmental needs.
  • Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary Children’s Disability Network Team.
  • Support family-centred care planning and therapeutic goal setting.
  • Participate in service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to implementing lean healthcare practices across the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and professional documentation.
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship where appropriate.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, quality, and person-centred service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • CORU registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Experience working with children with complex developmental needs is desirable.
  • Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to family-centred and person-centred practice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

This is a permanent whole-time Senior Physiotherapist position based in Clondalkin, Dublin South. Salary will be aligned with the Physiotherapist Senior Grade 3158 scale.
