Autism Initiatives Ireland is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist Tallaght professional to join its adult disability services team. This fixed-term, part-time position offers the opportunity to support adults with autism and other disabilities while working within a collaborative clinical environment across Leinster.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake comprehensive competency and communication assessments for individuals supported.
- Develop and implement individualised speech and language therapy programmes.
- Provide specialist input within adult disability services, particularly autism supports.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Ensure high-quality standards and best practice guidelines are consistently applied.
- Travel to services across Leinster as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recognised Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Current registration with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Registration with IASLT (desirable).
- Experience working in adult disability services, particularly autism.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
- Full, clean Irish driving licence with access to a vehicle and business insurance (minimum 2 years; aged 23+ for insurance purposes).

The successful Speech and Language Therapist Tallaght candidate will be employed by Autism Initiatives Ireland Company Limited by Guarantee, a publicly funded Section 39 organisation delivering specialist supports to individuals with autism and associated needs.
