Job Overview
The Staff Midwife will work as part of the maternity services team within HSE Dublin and North East, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and woman-centred maternity services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality midwifery care throughout antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centred maternity care.
- Excellent organisational and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Awareness of current maternity care standards and best practices.
- Previous clinical midwifery experience is desirable.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
This is a permanent whole-time position with HSE Dublin and North East. Salary will be aligned with the HSE Staff Midwife salary scale and public sector pay agreements.
