Job Overview
As a Support Worker within Disability Services, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, social engagement, and personal development goals. You will play a key role in helping service users achieve greater independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing in a supportive care environment.
This role is based in Miltown Malbay within the HSE Mid West region and is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in disability services, healthcare, or support work is desirable
- Relevant healthcare or social care qualification preferred

- Flexibility and reliability in a care environment
- Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety practices
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
