Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and professional leadership within the Endoscopy Department.
- Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
- Support the implementation of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor clinical standards, infection prevention measures, and patient safety protocols.
- Assist in staff training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum required clinical experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Experience in Endoscopy or a related specialist area is desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
- Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
