About the Role
As a Welcome Advisor with Bank of Ireland in Sligo, you’ll be the first point of contact for our personal and business customers, delivering exceptional service while building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting our Sligo branch with professional, friendly service
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions and product recommendations
- Process routine banking transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Generate sales leads and referrals through proactive customer engagement and relationship building
- Support digital banking adoption by helping customers navigate online and mobile banking platforms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bank of Ireland products, services, and procedures
