About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to lead and oversee our service operations in Shillelagh. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily service operations to ensure high-quality care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service efficiency and client outcomes
- Supervise, support and develop team members through effective leadership and performance management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans and service delivery
- Manage budgets, resources and operational processes to optimize service effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, stakeholders and external agencies
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare, Social Care or related field
- Minimum 3 years management experience in healthcare or social care environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HSE standards and healthcare regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management or related discipline
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Experience in service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Understanding of disability services and person-centered care approaches
